Los Angeles, CA, February 12, 2018 –(PR.com)– Jonathan Novak Contemporary Art will exhibit at Art Palm Springs, the internationally visited Palm Springs art fair, February 16-19, at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Jonathan Novak Contemporary Art exhibition will include many renowned and influential Post-War and Contemporary artists including Sam Francis, Jim Dine, David Hockney, Roy Lichtenstein, Paul Jenkins, Howard Hodgkin, Wayne Thiebaud, Richard Diebenkorn, Jean Dubuffet, Ralph Goings, Alex Katz, Robert Motherwell, Julian Opie, Saul Steinberg, and others.

As a representative of Jim Dine, Jonathan Novak Contemporary Art will exhibit the artist's recent body of large-scale abstract works. Also to be featured are other notable works including a selection of iconic Jim Dine hearts.

At Art Palm Springs art fair, Novak will also exhibit major works by influential artist Sam Francis and his expansive body of work. The curated selection includes an important large-scale painting on canvas from the 1980s featuring the artist's vibrant and vivid combinations of color pools in a heavily coated canvas moderated by space, light and perspective.

Also featured will be dynamic hand-painted prints by the late Howard Hodgkin, one of Britain's most celebrated artists. Featured is a big and bold work on paper-a large-scale and expressive hand-painted sugar-lift aquatint from 12 copper plates.

Novak's selections include paintings, drawings, monotypes, sculpture, and editioned works from influential artists of Abstract Expressionism, Minimalism, Pop, and Photorealism.
