Miami Attorney Appointed to Champion Workplace Policy for HR Organization

Ms. Gutierrez will serve as the chapter’s Director of Legislative Affairs, where she will help shape the organization’s engagement with legal and policy developments affecting the human resources profession in South Florida.
HR Miami is the largest professional association for HR professionals in Miami-Dade County and is a proud affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Florida State Council. The chapter supports its members through a wide array of programming including educational events, certification study groups, legal updates, and networking opportunities.
In her new role, Attorney Gutierrez will be responsible for tracking legislative trends, advocating on behalf of the HR community, and helping members stay informed on critical changes in employment law and workplace regulation.
